本节内容讲PWM如何进行控制，在讲之前先了解一些概念

频率计算公式(f=1/T)，f代表频率，单位是HZ；1代表1秒；T是周期

总周期，一个完整脉宽(冲)所耗费的总时间

工作周期，通电周期相对总周期的比例
